	Julie Monahan Director/Finance Manager Julie started her career as a paralegal in the legal industry, giving her a firm grasp of company and property law. She ran the Firm’s Conveyancing Department for some 16 years gaining a wealth of knowledge in relation to both general Conveyancing and property development. Some 14 years ago Julie became part of the start-up team of Lawform Financial Services Group – showing that her love for property and people were the key components to being a successful Mortgage Broker. Julie is well respected in the financial sector by both her peers and lenders alike. Julie’s ‘never give up’ attitude and her warm hand holding approach to her clients are the reasons why people keep coming back to Lawform.
	John Henshaw Director John Henshaw is the founder of Lawform. John has been in legal practice for some 40 years having established a loyal business client base representing retailers, landlords, manufactuers, builders, developers, industrialists, the real estate industry, accountants and the financial sector. John has a strong empathy with the aspirations of small business people. To him Small Business is the lifeblood of Australia. With John's large business network and his combined drive and business sense, Lawform quickly became known within the financial and mortgage industry for it's highly skilled Brokers and loyal client base. John is a family man and treats his co-workers and staff with the same respect and gratitude. He believes everyone should have a voice and everyone is a Manager - no matter what your title is. The Lawform Team have worked along side each other for no less than 15 years thanks to John and his ability to be a great team leader.
	Jan Henshaw Customer Service - Broker and Accrediation Manager Jan has spent the last 30 years in customer service in both the legal and finance industry. Since joining Lawform some 14 years ago Jan has been the front person for both new clients and Brokers alike, making sure that everyone is looked after in a way that only Jan knows how. She is warm, welcoming, conscientious and takes her customer service roll very seriously. As Accrediation Manager to our Brokers, Jan makes sure all education and required credit and compliance regulations are in order, giving our clients the confidence that they are only dealing with fully trained and qualified brokers.
	Natalie Stivala Accounts Manager Natalie also having an extensive legal background has worked as Lawform’s Accounts Manager for some 8 years. She has a great head for numbers and is skilled in all aspects of book keeping and accounting. Natalie has also been a back up support for our Online Services, assisting our many Members with LPI and ASIC online information facilities. Natalie is a great asset to both Lawform and its clients.
