Lawform, an approved MFAA and COSL member, holds its own Australian Credit Licence and has fully qualified representative Mortgage Brokers Australia wide.  Our team of Brokers have all completed their Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) FNS50504, giving our clients the peace of mind that they will be receiving no less than the highest standard of knowledge and expertise.

We hold accreditations with over 35 Lenders including the major Banks, 2nd tiered lenders and non-conforming lenders for both residential and commercial lending.

Our Director Julie Monahan prides herself and her team on not only having up to date information on all lender policies but the ability to know where to place your loan. Each Lender has specific policy structures whereby not all applicants fit the mould.
